When we collect your personal data

If you have chosen to contact us to enquire about our offer or to request a proposal you'll be asked to provide us with some limited information that allows us to appropriately reply to you.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, request from a regulator or any other legal process served on BP. In the event that BP is subject to a takeover, divestment or acquisition we may disclose your personal information to the new owner of the business.

Data security

Once we have received your data we will take appropriate security measures to prevent it from any unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss.
