When we collect your personal data
If you have chosen to contact us to enquire about our offer or to request a proposal you'll be asked to provide us with some limited information that allows us to appropriately reply to you.

Depending on your enquiry, your information may be shared with one of our below listed, carefully selected and authorized BP PLUS Card distributors who would become responsible for making a response to your enquiry:

Data transfers outside the EU
Since BP operates globally, your data may be accessed by/shared with further BP group companies involved in this business process. Any such BP-group internal data transfer is governed and legitimized by BP's Binding Corporate Rules, guaranteeing an adequate level of data protection throughout the BP group.
Data retention
We, and possibly a Cards Distributor, will retain the information you may have provided with an enquiry for 12 further months after having completed your request for fraud prevention reasons. After that, your data will be made non-identifiable or deleted unless you become our customer.
